Ng Eu Gin
Eu Gin is a Senior Vice President at Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“Khazanah”) where he heads the funding and treasury unit. He was a key contributor to Khazanah’s numerous world’s first sukuk issuances including the first CNH sukuk, and the first negative yield exchangeable sukuk.
In 2015, his team pioneered Malaysia’s first sustainable and responsible investment (“SRI”) sukuk, Sukuk Ihsan, under the Securities Commission Malaysia’s SRI Sukuk framework. Sukuk Ihsan issued a second tranche in 2017 which included a retail offering and was also made available via reward crowdfunding. Most recently, Eu Gin led Khazanah’s issuance of a US$1.0 billion unrated USD sukuk which attracted 180 investors across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
Eu Gin holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and is a CFA® charterholder.
